About City Seamless Roofing
City Seamless Roofing is a family-owned Nevada roofing contractor with trade roots dating to 1976. 50+ years of combined trade experience across roofing, sheet metal, and exteriors. We are licensed, bonded, and insured (C-15 #85215, C-14 #82656, C-13 #81881), and we serve homeowners, HOAs, and commercial property managers across the Las Vegas Valley and Moapa Valley.
Roof-Leak Specialists First
Southern Nevada's roof-leak specialists — most leaks pinpointed without tearing the roof apart, then backed by a 5-year leak-repair warranty. Leak diagnosis is what we are known for — finding the true source of a leak quickly, often without an unnecessary tear-off, and backing the repair with a 5-year leak-repair warranty.
150 Slot Canyons
Cody Peterson, owner of City Seamless, has been through about 150 slot canyons, most of them full of water. That is where his feel for water comes from: how it takes the low path, gets into the thinnest crack, and shows up far from where it got in. A roof leak behaves the same way, which is why finding the true source is what we do best. "I understand water the way a hydrogeologist does," Cody says. "I am the best you will find in Las Vegas at finding leaks."
Repair-First, Honest Roofing
We believe a roof should be repaired when it can be and replaced only when it must be. Every estimate comes from a licensed roofer who will tell you the truth about your roof's condition. Cody Peterson, owner of City Seamless, personally reviews estimate requests.
